HM-130 casing-in machine is widely applicable to the producing process in deluxe book , notebook, universal folder etc casing-in .one or two persons operates will do. it's characteristic of simple and convenient operation ,quickness in replacing specification of products, well-proportioned in both sides of book cores, steady and reliable in movement, applicable to large, medium and small batches of production. 

Firstly The operator place the book core and hull ,then start the machine. It's pickup boards will rise to drive book cores ,and automatically apply adhesion on both sides and cover the hulls. Then the operator can remove book, go on the next operation. The machine also reset to enter the next working state .

Book core thickness : 8-80 mm

Production speed :20-40pcs/min
