HM-130 casing-in machine is very suitable to the use on the covers of the deluxe books. One or two persons operate will do. Operators should first place book cores and hulls before staring the machines. The pickup boards rise to drive book cores to automatically apply adhesive on both sides and cover them with hulls. Then operators can remove the books. The machines are reset to enter the next working state immediately. These machines are widely applicable to deluxe books, notebooks, universal folders and operating processes for other hardback book cores. It is characteristic of simplicity, convenience and quickness in replacing specification of products. Both sides of book cores are applied with adhesives, with reliable movement, applicable to large, medium and small batches of production.
