Semi-automatic cartonbox production line is composed of many small seperate machines, it need labor to operate, with quick speed, high product quality, simple operation.

It can also finish the process of making a carton box, just need labor to operate in some part of machines.

The Complete set of deluxe upper and lower box assembly lines are designed for automatic pasting operation for various kinds of upper and lower boxes. The main engines are equipped with suction devices to effctively bending and curling of paper and to avoid bubbling to the greast extent. These machines are manually positioned and their dies are manually covered. The machines(4sided edge wrappers) complete edge wrapping for four sides. Then the folding machines fold the paper edges in . Corner pasting machines are mainly used for forming and corner pasting for gray boards to be applicable in coordination. Take the size of 100x25x150mm upper and lower covers for example. These machines enable paper feed and application of adhesive while bases and covers are made. That is so-called corner pasting. Corner pasting can be made for approximately 1000-1300 box covers or bottom boxes every hour.Positiong can also be made for 1000-1300 such boxes every hour. That is, the output will be 800-1200 sets in 8hours/person---,2persons are required for corner pasting,2 persons for positiong,2persons for die setting,2persons for folding. Therefor 10 or 11persons in all are needed to complete the process
